Bike Ministry
Leader: Jeff Bruton

We have thousands of people come to our backyard every year for the Bike Rallies.  Most of these people need to hear about Jesus and that is our goal.  The Bible says we should give a cup of cold water in Jesus name.

For several years we have stood outside the Bike Rally and handed out a bottle of water in a "koozie".  On the koozie we have printed our church's name, information, and "If you were to die today where would you spend eternity" along with two verses: Romans 6:23 and Romans 10:9.  We have recently heard of one man who still has his koozie from two years ago, and was glad to see us again.  One lady had her beverage of choice in the koozie, and every time she raised it up to take a drink, she saw a cross.  She sat it down and turned it around and there the cross was again!  She was convinced the koozie was covered with crosses, it only has one.  She put her beverage down and found a chaplain to talk to.

A bottle of water and a koozie might seem like a small thing, but it shows God's love to people who need it.

That is what we want, to share God's love with others.
